This manually operated kitchen appliance was designed to quickly slice and dice vegetables and other foods using interchangeable blade settings. The front retains the distinctive retro “Slices • Wedges • Dices” graphics.
This example is particularly collectible because it retains its original black/orange Veg-O-Matic box and original illustrated Use & Care instruction booklet.
