Rare- like actually rare, vintage Shriner’s tuxedo jacket by Fabian for First Nighter Formals of New York, dating to the 1960s. Compare at $750 on Etsy for a blue version.
This Shriner club jacket with sharkskin Shriner tiki pattern features a black base with a gold woven brocade throughout, showcasing the iconic Shriner emblem in an all-over repeat pattern.
Satin shawl lapel, single-button closure, and fully lined interior.
Pockets are sewn shut (likely from production).
Interior label from David’s Outfitters, New York.
Condition appears excellent for its age, wear on button as shown. A few small fabric pulls, something was removed from the lining

I am selling over 50 1950-1960’s vintage tuxedo jackets (mainly brocade, velvet, or silk) purchased from the sadly defunct legendary legacy Hollywood movie costume rental company CRC.
CRC provided costumes for decades of films, including Apocalypse Now, Barbie, and Everything Everywhere All at Once
They will have signs of wear.
