Vintage 1957 Lady Golfer Woman Trophy 1st Place Inter-County Golf Figure Ashtray. This is such a beautiful and unique piece. The base is made out of like an alabaster stone so it's heavy and then the ashtray and the lid is pretty much brass I believe and marked underneath the lid 1936 as shown. The woman golfer is a metal, but it's a very shiny gold metal so I'm thinking it's a painted metal figure. It has a green felt bottom as seen. It is in very good condition. Although not mint condition. There is some oxidation on the brass. There is no damage, just age appropriate. Wear. The base itself measures 7 in long by 5 inches wide. The statue is 4.25 in tall and the ashtray is 4.25 in round in diameter. Please see all photos. This is such a great piece.
