Rare 1956/57 Philco T-7 Code 124 - Philco's FIRST Transistor Radio - with original embossed leather case and carry strap.This is the iconic ivory mid-century model with brass V, large tuning dial, and perforated metal speaker grille. From an estate in Casco, WI - handwritten name inside case flap reads "Rue Boulanger Casco, Wisconsin" - Green Bay area history!Condition:
• Radio powers ON and produces sound
• Ivory plastic case is clean with light age patina, no cracks
• PHILCO lettering on radio and case both legible
• Metal speaker grille is straight - not dented (very common flaw on this model)
• Original brown leather case with PHILCO embossed, working snap clasp, original stitching intact
• Includes original adjustable carry strap
• Dial moves, volume wheel moves
