Vintage 1950s Japan Christmas Paper Cup Candy Container Santa Claus Table Favor

(Description per AI so please do your own research)

Highly collectible vintage mad-century Christmas candy container/nut cup.

This adorable two-piece holiday favor features a pressed paper pulp bottom cup and

a matching lid top with a classic, kitschy 1950's Santa Claus head. The lid sits neatly

on the cup rim.

The bottoms features the original, authentic 'Japan' stamp, dating this piece to the golden

era of post-war holiday exports. These fragile paper decorations were originally sold as

disposable party favors for Christmas dinner place settings, making surviving pieces like

this quite scarce!

In Used, vintage condition. Santa is missing his right eyebrow. Vintage item with wear and

imperfections. Selling as-is.

Please use zoom feature when viewing all pictures. Pictures are part of description.

All display items, i.e. stands, rulers, etc. are NOT part of listing.
