This is a Beautiful and highly collectible vanity piece made in the 1940's in the USA by the house of Platé. This Trio-Ette Mock Ebony (made of an early hard resin plastic called Tenite and embossed with a beautiful rose design, and a beaded edging), triple vanity compact was marketed as a highly convenient all-in-one vanity piece. One side flips open to reveal powder with a mesh shifter and signed powder puff. The other side opens to a rouge/Blush compact with a puff. It houses multiple mirrors within the different panels. READ: EXCELLENT CONDITION BUT LIPSTICK TUBE IS MISSING. No chips to plastic. Slightest cloudiness to old silvered mirrors consistent with age, hinges latch properly. Please see all photos and zoom in as they are part of my description.
