This document dates to just four years after the repeal of Prohibition, when Pennsylvania was actively building out its state-controlled liquor licensing system through the newly formed PLCB. Large-format goldenrod document with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania seal at top center. The text authorizes Tony Ficco to sell liquor and malt or brewed beverages for on-premises consumption at his Greensburg restaurant.
Condition: Very good for age. Paper is supple with minimal foxing or discoloration. All text, stamps, and signatures are crisp and legible. A clean example of this type of Depression-era Pennsylvania ephemera.
