Beautiful vintage primitive hand-carved wooden scoop, measuring approximately 15 inches long. This rustic piece appears to be carved from a single piece of solid wood, including the handle and deep scoop bowl.
The wood has developed a wonderful warm brown patina with visible grain, carving/tool characteristics, scratches, edge wear, and other signs of age and use. Pieces like this were traditionally used for scooping flour, grain, meal, feed, or other dry goods and today make wonderful primitive farmhouse décor.
