based on my research this was probably made as a promotional vehicle
It looks like it was produced for restaurants, hotels bars... to display bottles when selling
There are no stamps on it indicating where it was made
That indicates it was not brought into the US for sale
I think I got it in Europe. either Italy or France

Madame Cliquot is known for the break through that created the first known Vintage champagne & the brand has been a part of popular culture ever since
