Vintage Large Indian Brass Vase 21.5” Engraved Elephants Floral Color Inlay DecorStriking vintage Indian brass floor or table vase standing an impressive 21 1/2 inches tall and approximately 7 1/2 inches across at the widest point.This substantial decorative vessel features exceptionally detailed engraved and chased ornamentation arranged in bands around the entire vase. Colorful red, blue, green, pink and gold-toned accents highlight elephants, foliage and intricate floral designs against a beautifully aged dark brass patina.The tall flared form, rounded body and pedestal base give this piece wonderful architectural presence. At nearly two feet tall, it makes an outstanding statement piece for an entryway, mantel, console, bookshelf or globally inspired interior.The surface shows natural age, oxidation and variations in the finish consistent with vintage brass.
