For sale is a nicely preserved part of US military history in WW2. For sale is a dated 1943 Sherman Tank telescope model: M70F with thick rubber eye piece with model: D25840
This piece is in very nice shape considering being over 80 years old. The sight is clear with no distortion or fogginess. The original paint is mostly there and all engravings of models and serial numbers are fairly clear. Some light rust on the metal bands. It’s been stored in a wooden crate for decades.
In the last picture I was trying to show the lines in the sight but I had a hard time holding the telescope in one hand and trying to line up my phone in the other. But when I look through the scope, it was crystal clear sight!
It’s over 23.5” in length and weighs about 6.2 lbs
Please look at pictures carefully. What you see is what you get. Item is sold as is, no returns.
