Striking vintage mid-century modern abstract art glass bowl / decorative plate, measuring approximately 8.75” in diameter.
Features a vivid multicolor abstract design in shades of orange, red, yellow, green, teal and black beneath a glossy clear surface. The piece has a softly scalloped, freeform edge and shallow bowl shape.
The reverse is covered in an orange-toned textured backing and retains a hanging cord, allowing it to be displayed as wall art as well as used as a decorative bowl or centerpiece. There is also an older rectangular label/label-remnant area on the back.
Similar pieces are often associated with Mexican decorative art glass and Seetusee-style mid-century glassware, although no maker or country mark has been confirmed on this example.
Measurements: Approx. 8.75” diameter
Vintage pre-owned condition with expected age-related surface wear, marks and imperfections. Please review photos carefully for exact condition.
A beautiful colorful piece for a mid-century, eclectic, bohemian or retro interior.
