This is one of the larger and more impressive Krueger lighted signs, with the deeply molded eagle design surrounding the center Krueger Pilsner Beer panel. When illuminated, the red light coming through the textured background really sets off the gold eagle and gives the sign a great period tavern look.
This example is in excellent overall condition for its age and construction. These molded plastic signs are often found with cracks, chips, broken edges, or substantial paint loss, but this one has survived very well. There is very little paint loss, and the overall surface remains clean and attractive. It has not been heavily abused or damaged like many examples you see.
The sign lights and displays beautifully and is a substantial piece at 28" tall. Great early Krueger advertising and a particularly nice example for a breweriana, vintage beer advertising, or bar collection.
