VINTAGE "SUNBEAM BREAD" FLAT CIGARETTE ADVERTISING LIGHTER - NICE.This is a "SUNBEAM BREAD" 2-sided flat advertising Lighter from the 1960's. Sunoco was founded in 1942 in Portland Oregon.This lighter is 2 1/4" long and 1 3/4" high. The front side of the lighter has a yellow background with a loaf of Sunbeam bread as the logo and the word, "SUNBEAM". It also shows a picture of their mascot, "Little Miss Sunbeam" eating a piece of bread. The logo seems to feel like raised enamel.The reverse side says, "Sunbeam Bread - Freshness Guaranteed" in black on the yellow background.The lighter does open and the wick is discolored. The body of the lighter and the chrome do not show much wear. I am selling it as is. The chrome has nice luster on both sides and the top and bottom with no signs of pitting or rust. I am selling it as used, and in as is condition.This bottom of this lighter says, "Japan" on the left side. It is a nice 60+ year old lighter.Please consider the photos as part of the description.
