This site is now commonly listed in directories as the Ladd Brook. There was no major damage but the paint has bubbling and marks, scuffs, scratches, etc, completely intact and ready to be hung. It's rather large measuring overall 49.75 in wide by 19.75 in tall 1.75 in thick. The top wooden part for hanging is a little bit longer, about an inch longer. It's all original and all handmade and all hand painted. This can be shipped via UPS as long as it's not at a PO box, This will save a ton of money.
