An early 19th. century pocket barometer with nickel case by the French company Pertuis, Hulot, Bourgeois & Naudet (PHBN) which was founded in 1860. It shows ageing and discoloration to the dial and is not in working condition. The crystal is intact and in nice condition. It shows the PHBN logo on the reverse.
