As far as conditions... this is a nice solid lot of issues! I'm not going to attempt to grade each issue individually, but I'd say they are all going to fall in the VG to Fine+ range - good solid mid grades with some typical wear... no detached staples, no cutouts, no major tears, no moisture damage - nice solid issues!
