Rarely seen, original, McCormick twine feeder can off a McCormick Binder. Twine feeder stands 16\" tall and is 8.5\" in diameter.
The words McCormick and Twine can still be seen on the diamond logo of the can but they are very faded, as pictured. Lid is very snug and takes a little force, but the latch and the hinge are still good and the can opens and closes as it should. Plenty of patina and wear on the outside of the can, but it is still solid and structurally sound, NOT falling apart.
The bottom is made of wood, and it appears the bottom has been on there for quite some time. Possibly the original wood bottom? But due to this can\'s age I certainly can\'t guarantee that. Also, it appears a previous owner applied a coat of lacquer or some other product to help preserve the feeder can in its current condition.
