Up for sale is this authentic U.S. Air Force (USAF) Fire Protection / Firefighter Badge in its original “No-Shine Insignia” packaging.
This is a full-size metal duty badge featuring:
• A detailed eagle with outstretched wings at the top
• Central circular shield with “FIRE PROTECTION” arched at the top and “USAF” at the bottom
• Classic firefighter “scramble” design in the center: fire helmet, crossed axe/tools, and related imagery
The badge is a No-Shine (matte/antique finish) version, designed for uniform wear by USAF Fire Protection specialists (AFSC 3E7X1 / Civil Engineering). It is worn on the lower left breast pocket when performing firefighter duties. 
Condition: Excellent new/old stock (NOS) condition. Never removed from the original clear plastic packaging and black header card. The card shows typical shelf wear/age (light creasing, scuffs, and edge wear consistent with vintage military surplus stock), but the badge itself looks pristine. Back has standard pin/clutch attachment. Includes care instructions (“Clean with soft cloth. Do not use Brasso or Blitz cloth”) and references to Institute of Heraldry certification.
