There is no background to these decals except for the surface you place it on. Only the vinyl will be left on the surface after applied.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

Mount on the OUTSIDE of the window or surface.

1) Before applying please make sure you are mounting to a smooth, clean, dry surface free of wax, dirt and oil.

2) Peel the decal along with the transfer tape slowly away from the paper backing making sure all the decal is still attached to the transfer tape.

3) Rub the decal onto the mounting surface through the transfer tape.

4)SLOWLY remove the transfer tape from the decal making sureall parts of the decal remain stuck to the mounting surface.

5) Application of the decal works best when the mounting surface is between 65 & 100 degrees
