Apollo - Soyuz was the first crewed international space mission carried out jointly by the United States and the Soviet Union in July 1975. The mission was watched by millions around the world as the two capsules docked. Upon docking the two crews shook hands in space and that event is generally considered to mark the end of the space race which had begun in 1957 with the launch of Sputnik 1. The American crew consisted of Commander Thomas P. Stafford, Command Module Pilot Vance D. Brand and Docking Module Pilot Deke Slayton. The Soviet crew consisted of commander Alexei Leonov and Flight Engineer Valeri Kubasov. Listed for sale is an uncommon NASA Apollo Test Project lithograph signed by the Soviet crew along with NASA astronaut Vance Brand. The image is very attractive, showing the American and Soviet capsules about to dock and the autograph are signed \'\'A Leonov\'\', \'\'V Kubasov\'\' and \'\'Vance Brand\'\' in black pen. The autographs have been authenticated by Zarelli Space Authentication and will be accompanied with the above Letter of Authenticity. The lithograph measures 10.00 x 8.000 inches and is in fine condition and has mission information printed on the verso. It is a desirable and uncommon space collectable, authenticated and ideal for display. We have also listed the following Apollo crew autographs, Apollo 7, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, and 17, along with military and aviation autographs.
