Returns: After several bad experiences, with customers who returned items after using and damaging them and then wanted their money back, we can no longer accept returns. We hope by proving multiple pictures and individual descriptions you can tell exactly what you can expect to receive.If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.
We do not currently accept returns unless the item is not as described OR is damaged in shipment. Either way the item must be returned to us Before we can "make it right". Again, please contact us in the event you need to return the item due to Shipping Damage.
We ship with 24-48 hours of receiving your Cleared Payment.
Our Post Office hours are Monday through Friday are 9:30 am to 4:30 pm (mail's last pick up is at 5:00 pm) and Saturday 8:30 am to 12:30 pm (last mail pick up is 1:00 pm). Of course, no mail on Sunday.
We do everything possible to get your package in the mail by last pick up of the day, if not by the first pickup on the following available mail day. We have no control over your package after it leaves our hands and is at the mercy of the post office delivery schedule. If you need faster service please plan accordingly and ask us for priority or express service for an additional fee!
Shipping costs include tracking #, which will show on your My page or we will gladly email to you at your request.
I ship directly and ONLY to "CONFIRMED" PayPal addresses, so if you have recently moved, please make sure your PayPal address is accurate BEFORE offerding.We cannot change the address after we have shipped the item!!
