*SHIPS WITHIN 10 DAYS* NEW Pre-Orders are non refundable. Please consider that the shipping dates can fluctuate. Items can arrive a month earlier than expected up to a month later from the expected ship date above. Make sure to follow us on Instagram, Tik Tok and You Tube @ Enchanting Unboxing in order to be the first to know once our shipment has arrived. What sets us apart from any other retailer is that we open and inspect every figure in order to secure it arrives to us and you in pristine condition. The later you pre-order your item the later the batch you will receive from our initial shipments. All orders are shipped on a first come first serve basis. Our distributors ship these out in small batches we don\'t always receive our entire allotment all at once.
We are a small business and only order figures based on pre-order demand and specific quantities ordered specifically by you. We do our best to NOT keep extra stock on hand. We are not profitable unless we sell our stock. Understand that when you are ordering a figure we as a business must order multiple units. And until we don\'t sell all units we are not profitable. Take this into consideration when ordering and choosing to cancel and order . We do not accept any cancellations after 48 hours of being ordered. Once you commit to purchasing a figure/decorative piece you\'re making a financial commitment. You understand that from the moment you place an order the turn around time before it arrives to you is 15-20 business days. Not unless your unit has taken over 30 days to arrive from the expected ship date should you find the need to contact us. We have NEVER forgotten or lost any orders. We have maintained a 100% customer satisfaction rate since.
