This is the Ghostbusters Kenner Classics Ecto-Glow Glow Copter, based on a concept originally developed for Kenner\'s The Real Ghostbusters toy line but never produced.
The set includes the Glow Copter, Louis Tully, Meanie Weenie Ghost, and Ghost Bomb accessory. The vehicle and figures feature glow-in-the-dark details.
