This listing is for the Braun Phase 1 flip clock in red and black, an iconic piece of design from Braun's heyday in 1971. Cosmetically this piece is in excellent condition with no major notes to report but please check out all the pics to get the best idea for yourself.
This clock is UNTESTED. It was a gift from a friend who didn't know that it uses 220 volts (Euro standard) and requires a transformer adapter (under $100 on amazon) to power if outside of Europe. I never had the time to get around to that so I never got to test or use this stunning example of Braun's design chops, sadly.
To reiterate -- this is untested. The condition of the clock leads me to believe it wouldn't have any issues but I can't say for sure as I haven't been able to use it. If you live in the USA you'll need to get a transformer / converter to be able to power it since it was made to run on the European standard. Thanks!
