Brand new never used. This would have been an absolute masterpiece if the plastic was not so brittle. Unfortunately, one side does have some broken plastic and it has been held together with clear packing tape. What you see is what you get. This is a set that does not come on often. I have never seen it prior to acquiring it. It includes the stubby flexed Ratchet, which is dry Wing. I believe it is stock number 4378 and maybe 4379. The packaging is brittle, but it is not open around the Ratchet for me to be able to see the exact stock number. Please review the photos. I will do my best to get it to you as unscathed as possible, but it is already riddle and cracking.
