Royal Doulton Figurine HN1963 \"Honey\" Red/Blue Colorway designed by Leslie Harradine.HN1963 was issued from 1941–1949 and is the less common of the three versions of Honey. The pink and green versions were issued from 1939–1949.This particular example bears the impressed factory date mark and “14,” dating her manufacture to 1941, the first year HN1963 was issued.She features the beautiful red colorway with vivid blue and multicolored shawl, green bonnet, and an elaborate hand-applied bouquet of yellow and pink flowers.Condition: She presents beautifully. I have not observed any chips, cracks or repairs. Because the applied flowers are extremely delicate and hand modeled, I have included close-up photographs of the bouquet from multiple angles so prospective buyers can examine the individual petals carefully.
