Expect potential delays of up to 3 weeks within the U.S. due to USPS?s poor performance; international delivery ($2.50) may take 4-5 weeks.
Free ESE Shipping Limitations:The postcard cannot be marked "Do Not Bend" or sandwiched between twopieces of cardboard, as these options disqualify it from ESE shipping.
