Description: This card depicts the interior of Sutro Baths in San Francisco, California, showing the vast glass-and-iron enclosed natatorium with multiple swimming pools, crowded spectator galleries, and numerous bathers. Sutro Baths, opened in 1896 by Adolph Sutro, was the world\'s largest indoor swimming complex at the time, housing up to seven pools and seating for thousands. The ruins of the structure still stand at Lands End and are a popular historic landmark today.
