Shipping:We use \'s standard shipping service for our free domestic mail option, if you need a service you do not see, please email us prior to paying for your item so that we can adjust the invoice correctly. **Please remember, all shipping arrival dates are estimates not exact delivery dates, and we thank you in advance for your patience with USPS.** We usually ship within 24 hours of payment, however we are real people and sometimes real life stuff happens.
Tracking: standard envelope tracking is done via USPS sorting machines, and sometimes will mark them as delivered at a hub or local office. The item may show as \'delivered\' but could take an additional 24-48 hours. If it has been over 48 hours from the \'delivered\' statusplease contact your local Post Office facility to follow-up.
