The briar bowl has no cracks and shows only a few small dents and marks consistent with its previous use. However, there are heavy signs of wear around the mouthpiece, as clearly shown in the photographs.

The sterling silver band is tarnished but retains its original hallmarks. These include the Hibernia mark, the crowned harp, and the date letter \"D,\" which dates the silver to 1989.

The Baker Street is one of the original designs from Peterson\'s Sherlock Holmes collection, making this an appealing example for a collector or enthusiast, particularly given its early 1989 date.
