This is a handsome estate Parker \"Golden\" 286 in a classic straight billiard shape. Parker was a second line from Dunhill, made with the same quality materials and craftsmanship but sold under a separate name — great pipes at a friendlier price point. The briar has a smooth, glossy finish with warm honey-brown tones and attractive straight and flame grain running up the bowl. The bottom has birdseye, and some of it even resembles leopard print. It\'s fitted with a substantial straight black tapered vulcanite stem bearing the diamond \"P\" Parker logo.

Condition
Clean restored estate condition. Spectacular smooth briar with nice grain contrast, a tight shank-to-stem fit, and a clean chamber. As always, please look closely as they are a part of the description. Some ghosting from prior use is normal and to be expected on an estate pipe.
