These are desirable, highly market-ready collectibles. What Makes Them Desirable?
(1) The Yoshidaya Style Appeal: The "Yoshidaya" style (vibrant yellow background completely painted over with deep green and blue enamels) is one of the most famous and highly sought-after aesthetics in Japanese ceramics. (3)Established Studio: The Yoshitomi Kiln is well-regarded for producing high-quality heritage revival pieces. While not made by a designated "Living National Treasure" (which command thousands of dollars), it is a reputable, cataloged studio that collectors actively look for to use or display.
