Excellent original WWII-era military photograph showing a U.S. Army / Army Air Forces officer dressed for cold weather.
The officer is wearing an officer-style service cap with eagle insignia, heavy aviation-style winter jacket, gloves and boots while standing in snow beside a rustic wooden military building.
He is holding a small metal container or cup in one hand.
The combination of Army officer headgear, cold-weather aviation clothing and winter military setting gives this photograph particularly strong WWII Army Air Forces character.
The exact type/model of jacket cannot be conclusively determined from the photograph and is therefore not being represented as a specific B-10, B-15 or other flight-jacket model.
The officer's name, unit, airfield, exact date and location are unknown.
Original period black-and-white photographic print with scalloped/deckled edges.
Excellent collectible image for WWII USAAF, Army Air Forces, military aviation, flight clothing, winter uniform and original wartime photograph collectors.
The exact original photograph pictured is the photograph you will receive.
