An extensive 90-piece collection of original exhibition ephemera, gallery material, correspondence, illustrated cards, catalogs, brochures and other printed material relating to acclaimed American-Canadian artist Norman Laliberté (1925–2021).
This unusual group appears to have been assembled over many years and includes material from numerous Laliberté exhibitions, galleries and institutional shows. The collection includes both individual pieces and some duplicates, providing a broad visual record of Laliberté's artwork and exhibition history.

✍️ Signed Letter & Handwritten Material
A particularly interesting component of the collection is a personal one-page typed letter dated November 9, 2009. The letter is addressed to Arline and discusses Laliberté's ongoing work, exhibitions, galleries, Boston, Toronto and his interest in finding gallery representation in Los Angeles.
The letter concludes with the name “norman” and includes handwritten marks and decorative elements.
Also included are three signed postcards and one additional postcard with handwritten notation by Laliberté. These personally annotated pieces add an especially interesting archival and biographical component to the collection.

Some pieces are duplicates or variations of the same exhibition or artwork. These have intentionally been kept together as part of the original collection rather than separated.

Overall good vintage condition with expected signs of age, handling and storage. Individual pieces may show minor edge or corner wear, light surface marks, toning, spotting, postal markings, handwritten notations, folds or other age-related wear.
The November 2009 personal letter shows normal handling and storage wear. Signed and handwritten material has been left exactly as found.
No attempt has been made to remove handwritten notes, mailing marks or other historical annotations, as these form part of the archival nature and history of the collection.
