To the best of my knowledge this issue has all the inserts and attached Pokémon Stadium cards. I photographed many Pokémon pages.
The Mewtwo #12 Promo card is firmly attached and looks immaculate. I took several photos so inspect them and make your own assessment. This card is increasing in value approaching $150 so to have the rare example still attached to the magazine is a special collectible to add to your collection!
Will ship sandwiched between cardboard and in plastic to prevent moisture.
