For sale are 3 original printings of Nouvelles Extraordinaires De Divers Endroits (Extraordinary News From Various Places) (Gazette Of Leiden). The 3 newspapers are dated : 1, November 1774 - 29, November 1774 and 30, December 1774. Each paper is 4 sides and each comes with it's 4 page supplement. They measure 8 1/2" x 6 1/4". They cover a range of period European news along with pre Revolutionary War news from America. I see Congress meeting in Philadelphia and several mentions of General Gates and Boston. The 3 papers are in great condition for their almost 250 years of age. A great group of pre American Revolutionary War French newspapers. Please see the photos for details.
