If there is a problem please contact me with any issues prior to leaving negative/neutral response or low detail ratings, as I will always do my best to solve any problems that may come up!
Everything is from a smoke-free & pet free environment.
Items will be shipped within 1 business day. We will combine shipping on any multiple purchases, most of the time.
If there are any issues, we do allow returns with ample proof of the problem, meaning pictures, but we do not give partial refunds just because you want one. There are no retail outlets anywhere that do this either. The agreed price you pay is honored on both ends.
If there are any issues in shipping, you will be given a full refund and, most of the time, a free gift if something can not be fulfilled.
Please and always leave positive response, and positive response will be reciprocated for you.
Thanks so much. We appreciate your business!
