A collection of crochet work featuring wish bones. A popular item brides made from the wishbone of the first chicken dinner they made. Included is a Crochet World magazine from 1982 with a pattern to make one, although most of these are from the 40’s/50’s. The last pictured one not made with a wishbone, rather a piece of wire. Two are painted red, not sure why they were painted red, perhaps for good luck.
