Used. Works perfectly, but it has cosmetic damage. A few small pieces broke off (a gargoyle and small trim pieces) and have been reattached with super glue. One skylight dome was loose and has been reglued. One section of the roof fence railing is broken off and could not be reattached. The loose piece is included in the box so the buyer can reattach it. There is glue residue and paint wear on the front base. Box has shelf wear, creases and torn corners. Instruction sheet has a stain. Please look at all photos carefully, they are part of the description.
Sold AS IS. No returns.
Will be packed carefully with plenty of padding. Great piece for any Halloween village display or Lemax Spooky Town collector.
