This listing is for a spectacular, authentic vintage Uriarte Talavera oversized ceramic wall charger platter, masterfully hand-painted in Puebla, Mexico. As a substantial piece from the historic and world-renowned Uriarte workshop, this premium, collector-grade statement item beautifully displays the strict production traditions and brilliant color palettes of authentic Mexican majolica. The face of the platter features a massive, highly detailed polychrome medallion pattern that centers on an exquisite cobalt blue blossom, radiating outward into bold, textured tapestry panels of vibrant orange and golden-yellow glaze. Breathtakingly intricate black geometric gridwork and tiny green floral motifs cover every single square inch of the background, completely framed by a thick, warm honey-yellow border. This grand, oversized charger measures a commanding 14.5 inches in diameter, making it an ideal central focal piece for an absolute standout wall installation, dining room hutch, or southwestern interior design. The reverse side features a cleanly glazed ivory backing proudly bearing the handwritten workshop hallmarks, reading "Uriarte Puebla, Mex. H.C.P. 384 A." to fully certify its flawless provenance. This piece is in exceptional vintage condition, exhibiting a bright, highly reflective glazed finish with absolutely no rim chips, hairline cracks, structural repairs, or surface glaze flaking. Please review all provided photos to appreciate the grand scale and the incredible, painstaking hand-painted detail on this premium piece of Mexican folk art history. From pet and smoke free home.
