Absolutely stunning vintage oversized blue and white ceramic bowl featuring a classic floral design, decorative scalloped rim, and raised pedestal/footed base.
This is a large, substantial piece measuring approximately 12” across x 6” tall and is quite heavy. The deep cobalt blue floral pattern against the warm ivory/white ceramic gives it a beautiful chinoiserie-inspired look.
The unusual wavy/scalloped rim is decorated all the way around, with coordinating blue detailing around the foot. Gorgeous as a centerpiece, cachepot/planter, fruit bowl, console-table accent, or decorative display piece.
Marked on the bottom with a blue maker/importer stamp and “Made in China.”
