Impressive Italian Millefiori micromosaic cross pendant, probably dating from the 1950s–1960s. The cross is decorated with intricate, hand-crafted glass micromosaics, featuring colourful floral motifs in shades of blue, white, pink and red, set within an ornate gilt metal mount.

A particularly attractive and substantial example, with an interesting size and strong decorative presence. The micromosaic work is finely detailed and gives the piece a distinctive Italian mid-century character.
