This is a rare set of 6 original postcards featuring interior views of the steamship The Normandie.


Manufactured on cardboard with divided back from 1907-1915, these postcards were published by Edition La Cigogne in France.


Depicted are the following:


La Statue de La Paix (Peace) is a 13’ tall gilded bronze sculpture by artist Marcel Dejean and stood in the center of the 1st class dining room

The Gallery Salon


The Entire Grill Room


The 1st Class Grand Hall


3rd Class Salon


The 1st Class Small Salon


These Postcards came from the collection of Charles Iris Sachs and were kept in protective sleeves in a non-smoking environment
