You will receive the exact Peru pyrite with quartz and calcite specimen as seen in the pictures. The specimen was photographed under indoor, outdoor, and 365nm UV lighting so you will have a better perspective of what the specimen will look like under different lighting conditions.
This high quality Peruvian pyrite has quartz and calcite crystals mixed on top of some of the pyrite cubes specimen. This specimen comes from the Huanzala Mine of Peru and has arguably produced the world's finest Pyrite specimens. Mirror-bright, brass-yellow, intergrown Pyrite cubes cover much of this sculptural, undulating and contrasting piece. On some areas there are stark white Calcite coating covering some of the Pyrite. The mirror-bright striated Pyrite crystals have an intense luster and the color contrast are superb. The piece is nearly pristine except for the contacting at the bottom and part of the back where it was removed from the pocket. Very sparkly and catches the light beautifully. This specimen would make a great addition to your collection or as a gift. This specimen will come with a free stand for immediate display :)
