Harmony Kingdom description:
"One of Peter’s very favourite box figurines was 1994’s “All Angles Covered”. He decided that after fifteen years, it would be ok to revisit the meerkat in a carving. Perhaps it was a popular advertisement on British television about a price comparison website run by meerkats that prompted his decision. Aleksandr Orlov is the main meerkat in the ad, and receives a mention. Kalahari, inscribed on the lid, is a reference to the African desert where meerkats are found. Lift the lid to find a scorpion, one of the meerkats’ delicacies."
USPS Ground Advantage insured shipping in the US.The piece is"mint in box" and signed and painted by the artist Peter Calvesbert. Thanks for looking!
