This extra-large green fluorite cluster from Myanmar stands 25 cm tall and weighs 3,755 grams — a full cabinet specimen covered edge to edge in stepped cubic crystals. The color runs from soft seafoam through deep forest green, with glassy crystal faces catching light across the entire surface and warm iron-oxide accents threading between the cubes for contrast. All three display faces are fully crystallized — front, back, and side each present a complete wall of cubes, so there's no 'hide this side against the wall' with this piece. Rotate it seasonally or center it on a table where it can be seen in the round. Then turn off the lights: under longwave UV, the entire cluster erupts in saturated violet-blue fluorescence, every cube glowing edge to edge. It's one of the strongest UV responses we've seen in fluorite, and it transforms the piece into two specimens in one.Fluorite gave fluorescence its name — trace rare-earth elements (typically europium) substituting into the crystal lattice absorb invisible UV and re-emit it as visible glow, a property first described in this very mineral.Ships with the custom-fitted clear acrylic display stand shown, which floats the specimen upright with an invisible footprint.Every rock has a story. ✦
