These planes are used for the purpose of installing the metal weatherstripping in double-hung window assemblies. This Special 1/8\" Weatherstrip Plane has an adjustable metal fence, secured with thumbscrews. . The cutter is clean. It measures: 6-1/4\" x 1/8\". I always suggest sharpening it to bring it back to optimal use. The finish on the plane is fine and the wedge is original. The finish has a great smooth feel and patina..
