Our Fixed Lower Half Straps are a substitute for the USMC Pack Quick Release Lower Half Straps (QRLHS) and offer the same adjustability, but without the quick release function. The Fixed Lower Half Straps utilize the backup metal ladderlocks on the FILBE Shoulder Harness Assembly and provide a superior user experience, without the drawbacks of using the backup ladderlocks on their own.
