The rare Model S 2/4 minute reproducer was introduced in 1911 and was sold with the Edison Standard Model F cylinder players. The Model S is similar to the Model K but has a smoother tone due to its larger diaphragm. This is one of my favorite reproducers due its smooth clean sound over the C, H, or K. It will fit any standard size carriage arm, just like the C, H and K reproducers.
This particular Model S is all original and sounds as good my other 2 rebuilt S reproducers. It appears someone had a horn connected directly to the neck as the top 3/16th inch was chipped and reattached. A neoprene or rubber horn connector works just fine with it. Please review the pictures and ask questions, if needed.
